On the main road, so no long walks up countless stairs or up mountain roads, Penlan Cottage is the perfect location to sit back and enjoy your break with the knowledge that everything that Barmouth has to offer is at your doorstep.

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedded rooms and 1 room with a bunk bed in it, and there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a television in all rooms.

We are located in “Old Barmouth”, right by the harbour and just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town and all the main amenities of barmouth. the main beach and promenade is just 5 minutes too.

We have a private parking space right next to the property that can take one car. There are not many properties in barmouth that can provide this.

We have 3 bedrooms in total in this property.

The first bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe, and is located on the first floor. The main bathroom is on this floor too.

The second bedroom has a double bed, with wardrobe, and has an en-suite. This room is located on the second floor.

The third bedroom has bunk beds and is located on the second floor.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

There is a view of the harbour and the railway bridge from all bedrooms.

Penlan Cottage is a quaint, old style building, built around the 1800’s and is located in the picturesque harbour area in Barmouth.

There is a Fully Fitted Kitchen with a Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, and all the usual utensils.

There is a parking area for one car adjacent to the property and can also be used for sitting outside in and watching the world go by relaxing in the seasonal suntrap.

It is just a very small walk away to the historic and famous Last Inn Pub, and just 5 minutes walk to the centre of the town, and also, just a 5 minutes around the harbour area to the promenade and miles of sandy beach and the sea.
